Harriman Names New Associate

We’re excited to announce the promotion of Samuel Forgue to Associate. Samuel, a senior leader and Civil Engineer, has been an integral part of the leadership and growth of the firm’s engineering practice. Sam brings to the leadership team a keen understanding of how to translate owner requirements into creative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions.

Samuel Forgue’s extensive experience as a civil engineer encompasses a wide variety of civil/site development projects.  His broad and diverse portfolio includes solutions for K-12 schools, higher education buildings, corporate workplaces, town offices, urban mixed developments, and retail facilities.

His expertise includes conceptual site design work, collaborating closely with planners and architects at the onset of projects for site selection and to orient buildings, athletic fields, parking areas, and other site amenities. He has extensive stormwater management permitting and design work experience, managing the communications and submission requirements associated with local planning boards and state regulatory agencies.

Samuel earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College. He is registered in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire, and participates as a member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Offices and Properties (NAIOP), the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Boston Society of Civil Engineers.
