Field Representative – Clerk of the Works

Large scale Pre-K – 8 school project in Bar Harbor, ME requires an experienced Clerk of the Works who demonstrates a thorough knowledge of building construction and quality control. The approximate timeline is July 2024 through August 2027. Position is fulltime for an approximate duration of 2 ½ years, then may be part time to full time for the remainder of the construction process. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years field experience with similar type projects. The successful candidate must have knowledge of construction materials, means and methods and have excellent communication skills. Experience with digital cameras, e-mail, and generation of daily reports in Word is required.
