Senior Marketing Manager
Harriman’s multi-disciplinary design practice is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in any one of our four office locations: Boston, Portsmouth, Portland or Auburn Maine. In this position you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented group of design professionals working on a wide range of projects with diverse clients to shape communities throughout New England. Our work is challenging, creative, and is based on the belief that design is a cooperative human endeavor centered on knowledge, ingenuity, and beauty. As Senior Marketing Manager, you must have an excellent working knowledge of marketing theory, business development and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of strategic marketing plans in support of business market sector growth
- Provide leadership for the marketing team
- Reinforce Harriman’s brand throughout all aspects of company communications
- Conduct market research and recommend strategy based on data
- Identify business development opportunities
- Lead and assist in the development of qualification and fee-based proposals
- Initiate and oversee web and digital media campaigns and communications
- Coordinate public relations activities
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Deliver marketing-related staff training
What Will Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business
- 10-years working experience in relevant field
- A collaborative, creative spirit and desire to work closely with teams
- Strong organizational skills

- A sense of humor, love of design, and desire to contribute to the built environment in a meaningful way
