Will thrives on the challenges of complex projects that directly impact communities. His most recent work has focused on public safety facilities, community centers and town office projects. He has also led numerous comprehensive municipal master plans, providing local officials and civic leaders with clear and informative frameworks for effective decision-making. His ability to engage diverse project constituencies and make the impact of facilities decisions clear makes him an ideal partner in the planning process. Will is a graduate of The Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture and the Arizona State University Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. He served on the Board of the Portland non-profit Architalx, taught design at the University of Maine at Augusta, and was a member of a Practice Faculty at the Boston Architectural College. Will currently serves on boards and committees representing his hometown of Portsmouth, NH.
