He oversees human resources, technology, quality control, and financial management, while fostering professional growth and a strong firmwide culture. With a steady focus on efficiency and excellence, Jim sustains Harriman’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and innovative solutions to every client.

Jim also leads the firm’s Structural and Civil Engineering studios. His expertise spans major new construction and renovation projects in the, educational, commercial, medical, industrial, housing, and retail markets. Jim’s unyielding commitment to using technology and innovative delivery methods to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration honors Harriman’s legacy of integrated services. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
