Marketing Specialist

Harriman, one of northern New England’s largest and most diverse architecture and engineering firms, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced and dynamic marketing team. We’re looking for a creative and organized marketing professional with excellent communications and organizational skills to help create impactful content that positions the firm for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Media –Take a leading role in the development, tracking and implementation of the firm’s digital media presence
  • Graphic Design – Assist in the design and development of internal and external communication tools
  • Marketing Deliverables – Work collaboratively with marketing and design leaders on the creation of strategic, client-focused and compelling firm qualifications, proposals, and presentations
  • Awards – Help to craft award submissions and exhibits
  • Photoshoots – Coordinate the scheduling and organization of photoshoots
  • Website – Be a resource for the creation of captivating visual and verbal website content
  • Marketing Resources – Work closely with design and technical staff to create, format, and maintain standard marketing materials (resumes/bios, project sheets, project lists, narratives, image library, and other graphics) 
  • Information Management – Track leads, opportunities, and other critical marketing data
  • Strategic Initiatives – Assist in market sector business development programs in support of the firm’s business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience (familiarity with the A/E/C industry a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communications skills
  • High degree of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office
  • Professional social media content development experience, with an emphasis on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
