The office building for this statewide association provides the space they need now and is oriented on the site to make a future addition easy. The traditional design represents a consensus of members throughout the state who wanted a link with their municipalities' historic buildings and town halls.

Names of all Maine towns and cities are stenciled at the top of walls throughout the building, reinforcing the association's statewide responsibilities.

Since the group holds many workshops and gatherings for members, one wing of the building is dedicated to large and small conference rooms. In another area, open office space with modular systems furniture can be adapted as needs change.
