Harriman Associates' Larimer elected CSI President

Architect, Jeffrey P. Larimer has been elected president of the Maine Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).

CSI is a national association of specifiers, architects, engineers, contractors, building materials suppliers and others involved in commercial and institutional building design and construction. CSI provides technical information and products, continuing education, professional conferences, and product shows to enhance communication among all disciplines of building design and construction, and to meet the industry's need for a common system of organizing and presenting construction information

The Maine Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute is one of approximately 140 Chapters located in the United States, each serving a unique geographical area. The Maine Chapter has approximately 100 members and serves the entire State of Maine.

Jeffrey P. Larimer has over 31 years of architectural design experience in Maine and California and has handled numerous projects for schools as well as university and military clients. He has had responsibility for projects involving renovations and additions as well as for new structures. Jeff’s expertise and experience cover all phases of a project, from design concepts to specifications and construction documents as well as construction administration. Jeff is currently designing new elementary schools for Lewiston and Buxton. Other recent projects include new middle schools in Biddeford and Hiram plus a new athletic facility for Fryeburg Academy.
