Johnson Joins Harriman Associates as Associate
Harriman Associates, a full-service architecture and engineering firm, announces the appointment of Judy L. Johnson, AIA, to the position of Associate and Senior Architect in Harriman’s Portland office. Johnson comes to Harriman Associates with more than 23 years of experience in designing facilities for educational, hospitality, governmental, institutional, corporate, and recreational clients. She is currently working on an expansion to The Cliff House in York, Maine and a new residence hall for USM Gorham Campus.
“We are pleased to have an architect such as Judy join our team. Her attitude, skills, and focus on building relationships is a perfect fit with Harriman Associates’ philosophy and core purpose,” said Edward Cormier, President of Harriman Associates.
Prior to joining Harriman Associates, Johnson served as a senior architect for an architectural and engineering firm in Portland for the past five years. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and of the Council of Educational Facilities Planners International (CEFPI).
Johnson resides in Portland with her husband Mark and three children Sara, Emily and Leah.
