Camden Hills Regional High School
Strom Auditorium
Rockport, Maine

800 seats

This center serves the community as well as a regional high school. Designed for acoustical excellence, it also has professional quality theatrical lighting and sound systems.

Maple and cherry panels, angled to direct sound back to the audience, add an elegant touch. "Tormentor" panels on both sides of the stage are made of the same woods and slide to change the stage opening from 40 ft. to 56 ft., which allows a band to be seen from the audience.

The control panel for lighting and sound can be moved from the rear of the auditorium and plugged in closer to the stage or in the "black box," a room adjacent to the stage where rehearsals are held.
