Correcting heating and ventilating problems and meeting state-mandated programs for graduation were the key issues solved with an addition and major renovations to this multi- building high school.

The addition, with a gymnasium, classrooms, and offices, became the "street" linking three buildings and replaced the space lost when another building, in poor shape, had to be demolished.

Careful scheduling and instructions to the contractor allowed classes to continue, even through the demolition and the removal of ledge beneath one of the buildings.
