Mount Desert Island High School Additions and Renovations Mount Desert, Maine

35,000 sq. ft. addition 25,000 sq ft. renovations

Careful scheduling allowed school programs to continue while three additions and extensive renovations were being completed at this coastal Maine school. The project provided a new wing for art and music programs, another for district administrative offices, and another that added a computer-assisted drafting area and a photography room to the technical education wing. Science rooms received new cabinets and equipment. More space for special education was added. Locker rooms were renovated and a weight room was added.
