Renovations to an existing 14,000-sq.-ft. academic building at this one-year, postgraduate, day and boarding school for young men will allow for the addition of student dormitories and the modernization of classroom space. The renovations to Hamlin Hall, which currently includes classrooms, library, academic support spaces, and administrative offices, will involve converting nearly half of the facility into student dorms. The dorms will include seven double suites, two large bathrooms, a shared shower facility, and a staff apartment with full kitchen. The remaining space in Hamlin Hall will be renovated to include an updated lobby, classrooms, science labs, and computer lab/classroom.
