This addition provides not only much-needed classroom space, but also a gymnasium with a stage and high-quality sound and lighting systems to support an award-winning music program and heavy use by community theater groups.

Three general classrooms, two special-education rooms, and an art room are included. The music room was relocated from the center of the school so that sound from classes and practices could be contained.

A computer lab has high-tech connections and the new library is wired to provide multimedia resources. A new mechanical system provides energy-efficient heating and corrects long-standing ventilation problems.
