"You have truly made this project come alive
for us and have put in countless hours and effort to move us ahead...Your
presentation is always so believable, well-stated and knowledgeable."
- Barbara R. Pillsbury, Former Superintendent Maine SAD
#71
Designed to fit
team teaching and the "schools within a school" concept, this
new facility has three "villages" each accommodate 200 students.
Kindergarten classrooms are clustered together at the village crossroads.
The entrance to each village has a unique character and design. Students
remain in the same village through grade 3.
With community spaces at the front of the building, the classroom areas
can be easily secured during after-school activities. The cafeteria is
located to make it easy to supervise children during afternoon pick-up
times.
An abundance of natural light throughout makes the building bright and
inviting.
