This new four-story, 146-bed residence hall eases the increased demand for campus housing, and makes a residential summer
program more appealing.
The brick building with vertical metal siding blends the existing architectural style of the older buildings on campus with the clean modern architecture of the newer buildings.
A large function room on the fourth floor, which offers stunning views of Lake Auburn, allows the College to enhance meeting facilities.
The semi-suite design, with shared bathroom facilities, eliminates the need for large impersonal bathrooms and provides housing for full-time students and individuals attending summer programs and conferences.
The lobby is visible from the two main entrances and the Resident Director’s apartment, providing control features required for security. A lounge at the main entrance offers students a place to gather and socialize.
