The Center for Reproductive Health is a 6,894-sq.-ft. interior fit-up of tenant space in an existing office building located at 778 Main Street in South Portland, Maine. The space includes clinical exam rooms, an ultrasound room, laboratory spaces, a procedure room, a three-bed recovery suite, support spaces for the clinical operations, physician offices, business operations space, and staff support spaces. The project includes demolition of existing conditions and installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life-safety and fire protection systems. The new mechanical systems include HEPA filtration for the laboratory spaces and procedure room and a new chiller.
