This new medical office building will consolidate clinical services onto the Franklin Health Commons Campus, currently scattered throughout the community in inadequate facilities. The facility will include clinical space for surgical, orthopedics, The building will connect to the hospital by an enclosed walkway to facilitate access to hospital-based services.
