This five-story building houses administrative personnel for a regional medical center, who were once located in numerous small, leased facilities.

The building is the first of four, which, when completed, will create a medical-office complex totaling about 450,000 sq. ft. for both administrative and clinical spaces.

Each building will connect to a circular core. Patients and staff can then move between the buildings, fully protected from the weather.

For maximum flexibility, the layout of each floor is similar, with a standard-sized bay for utilities, restrooms, and conference rooms. This leaves large open areas on the perimeters which can be fit out as needed.
