Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of ten years’ experience designing HVAC system for education, commercial, institutional, and healthcare projects. Must have a strong working knowledge of project management, construction documents, specifications as well as the ability to interface with clients and manage projects of various sizes.

Registered Professional Electrical Engineer with the ability to obtain registration in other states, a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing building lighting, power, and systems. A focus on retail projects is preferred. Must be willing to travel coast to coast. Must be self-motivated and capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision, have a desire to learn, have good interpersonal skills and must have the ability to lead and work as a team player. Must be able to perform comprehensive peer reviews within the electrical discipline and coordination with mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, structural, civil and architectural trades. Must possess a strong working knowledge of project management, construction documents and specifications. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish ongoing relationships with clients are expected.

Electrical CADD Design Drafter with an associates degree in electrical engineering technologies or an electrical engineering graduate with a 4 year Bachelor of Science Degree with an Engineer-Intern (EI) certificate or the ability to obtain an EI certificate.  In lieu of a technical degree, consideration would also be given to a candidate with 4 or more years of experience in the design and construction of commercial buildings.  The position requires experience in, or a desire to develop experience in, the design of lighting, power and electrical systems for retail, educational, commercial, institutional and health care projects.  Must be self-motivated and be eager to work on multiple CADD platforms (Autocad, Microstation, and Arris), plus a variety of PC  based software programs including word-processing, data bases, and spread sheets.  Special consideration will be given to a candidate that possesses building construction knowledge.  Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and related codes and guidelines a plus.  Candidate shall possess good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work as a team player.
